Golf Tips: Get Rid of Excessive Knee Flex



Having excessive knee flex in the address position can cause many follow-on effects which can negatively influence your ability to strike the ball consistently. One of my favorite exercises to work on this is to simply stomp your feet up and down prior to starting your backswing which will help you naturally find your body’s natural balance point.
