Golf's New Rules (2019): Repairing Damage on Putting Green

Repair of almost any damage is allowed on the putting green (including spike marks and animal damage).

Finally a new rule that I agree with I’ve never thought that we should be penalized because some dumbass before you dragged his spikes changing the characteristics of the golf course this is a good change
