Very dry looking course
If he 5'5" then he is probably playing mens irons with lighter shafts that are 0.5" shorter, or ladies irons unaltered. Hardly junior specs. You should follow this up by reviewing (with the help of a junior) some junior clubs.

Dante should be proud. Nice set of clubs. The first set of clubs I had at the age of 12 or 13 were an embarrassing miss-mash of ill fitting hand-me-down clubs.
Nice clubs but I’d not call any junior from 12 to 14 years old an elite golfer off 13hcp to be honest, very good but elite I’d say 5hcp and under
