  1. Good to see you back Sophie. Your explanations and demonstrations all make good sense to me. Just hoping I can put them into practice effectively. 25 years out of the game the old 'muscle memory' is gone and I'm having to re-learn everything.

  2. I always thought the space between the knees on the back swing should remain very much the same I.e the left knee should not move too much towards the right knee.
