I saw a video of Charlie Woods golf swing the other day. He was doing something like this with his legs. I’ve seen this golf swing tip before too. Take it back, drop a ball from between your knees and then rotate and kick off with right foot and extend left leg.
Swing speed is 104-106 MPH but smash factor is always too low because I have a slight flip at impact. Getting the hips open is the only way I can compress my driver. I am trying everything and it is the missing piece to getting to scratch golf. I’m down to a 1.0 golf handicap but I believe this may be as low as I can go with a slight flip.
Lag at impact in the golf swing is so important and it is directly related to your handicap.
