  1. don’t know if i’m reading too much into it, but i noticed you aren’t using an armlock. is it because of that self claimed “bad” putting round in the last video? I personally am for armlock putters if they help people score and putt better, but do despise the look of it when putting. Hopefully you find whatever you’re comfortable with and helps you putt better. Cheers from Houston, Texas to Texas Pete himself.

  2. "Come on a journey with me through time and space". Alright there Doctor Who. 😉

  3. ive got to ask…. i often aim off the green (no one knows why) because i am much better with my 50 than my putter, no idea why :/. My game gives me a birdie chance with chip, but a much higher chance of a par. I really want to hear your thoughts on this.

  4. Here's an idea for a video…play one ball with an aggressive approach and one with a safer approach. See which ball that you score better with.

  5. Matt’s comment – “theoretically the PGA tour is pretty easy” 😂😂😂😂😂🤘

  6. Wtf?? I had to repeat the video at 4:15 about 10 times…. the Arm Lock putter is dead….. And look at that, you birdie the first hole without it. Golf gods rejoicing. You might have a shot at the Open now baby!!

  7. That was a wonderful video. I talk through my shots a lot on the course. When I make a mistake, my playing partners like to chide me with "maybe if you talked to the ball more, it wouldn't do that".
Loved the mid-round advice and mentality. Solid stuff.

  8. love these videos where you think out loud and take us through the approach, has improved my game heaps, thanks

  9. Great video Peter, always nice to see Matt on your channel. Onwards and upwards for Open qualification. 👏👏

  10. Great content but

What is the difference between a PGA pro and a tour pro?

What's the difference between a club pro and a tour pro? At it simplest, this: A "club pro" is a professional golfer who works at a golf course or similar golf facility. A "tour pro" is a professional golfer who makes his or her living by playing tournaments on pro golf tours.

  11. For a high handicapper, say shooting 95+ this has helped me constantly get back to under 90. Having a plan on the hole, asking what am I doing well today, putting myself in a place to hit my favorite clubs….

  12. Seriously? 3 holes 298, 368, and 128 yards! I don’t think that is scratch golf. Most non-tour pros are about 3-handicap, some of that is because having a job at a golf club means you hardly ever play golf but most of it is that you only need to have a 4-handicap or thereabouts to turn pro. Millions of club golfers around the world can play this well over three easy holes like these ones. Tour pros aren’t scratch, they are plus-5 to plus-7 or better.

  13. Do you guys get to go out and enjoy a round? I don't care how bad I play, as long as I have a good time with the buds. Sounded good though, right. Thanks guys

  14. Finch splashes out of the bunker to 1ft, "Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, I flew that about 2 inches further than I wanted to, but it'll do"

  15. Thanks so much for walking through your thought process. I can't hit all those shots because I am a terrible golfer, but it's good to hear how people who don't suck approach a hole. There is hope I won't be terrible forever!!

  16. Thank you guys! This is so helpful for me! great to see Peter finding the putter again, Matt is, as always, so good on the green.

  17. Is that true that wind 50- 100
feet up in the air is alot stronger than 6 feet off the ground?
