  1. Every student you work with ends up having better understanding at the end of session. Amazing how your able to address all the different issues your students have.

  2. I like to watch the student’s swings at half speed; then I can see the faults that Dr. Kwon points out. Thanks, Dr. Kwon, for sharing these sessions!

  3. Dr Kwon, your patience is admirable and your way for students to understand what they are doing wrong is unparalleled. Thank you for all your videos. This video helped me a lot . I’m a 72 year old that appreciates you very much

  4. Hi Dr Kwon. At age 75 after doing your exercises i simply swing my club back with my hands, wrists, and upper arms in that order and then as you simply say ‘push and let it go.’

I hope this young man will soon get the simplicity and accuracy of a great golf swing as I have. Cheers 👍😃⛳️❤️🥂

  5. I wonder how much golfers learn to restrict their range of motion as a sort of protection against overextending. I would like to see just how much Don can extend his range of motion with practice.

  6. Love watching these sessions with the average golfers. From these, I have learned so much about dr. Kwon's methodology about rhythm and shurn. He is so respectful of even those who are struggle with the new swing . THat is why this is called REPROGRAMMING. Amazingly, in only 2 sessions, Dr. Kwon has been able to break the old muscle memory and instill the new ones. The last few rounds of golf, I have been able to get the dispersion of my drive and approaching shots more TIGHTER. I still have a lots to work on with my 3 wood from the fairway.

  7. Dr Kwon, I am still watching this reprogramming and as always I think I found a new thought ( from you) that may help my swing. I have been working with the rope and kettlebell and swinging the club in my basement and I feel like I’m making progress. I can even hear you telling me what I’m doing wrong and I try to correct on my next swing. I have adopted the stage 3 pre shot routine and this helps. I still have the problem when playing and hitting my shots in not finishing my swing too often. Today I think this maybe happening because I stop turning my body in my follow through and at times my backswing is too short and too fast. I like this student are in my mid 70s. Sorry this is so long, but my question is: when you tell a student this is their homework, how often and how long should our practice sessions be so we can hopefully make what we are doing a more natural part if our swing? Thanks for teaching me from afar.

  8. Thank you Dr Kwon for posting another interesting video. At one point Don mentioned that a previous instructor had said that he should envision the club as a heavy object. I think this would be a useful image for him, particularly in his backswing. It would promote a shift, turn and then sling the club to the top, just as he would if he was trying to swing a sludge hammer to the top of his golf backswing. It would promote better use of GRFs and promote a wider backswing. Looking forward to your next post.

  9. Dr you definitely don’t cut any slack. Wish more teachers wouldn’t just appease mediocre results. He never would get any better if he thought he was doing it right. He’s got too many bad swing thoughts from Bob, Tom, Jim and John over the years. I think you did a great job with this gentleman.

  10. Congratulations to Don, 74, having done continuous 100 min session! And good luck for continuing to improve your swing! And thank you both Dr Kwon and Don as I learnt a lot for myself.
