Several cases of looting reported in South Africa

Authorities in Cape Town city who are struggling to contain the spread of the coronavirus are now facing a new challenge. As communities there struggle to cope with life under the current lockdown, several cases of looting and break-ins at shops and stores have been reported. CGTN’s René Del Carme tells us more.
