Winglands airfield hold a few times a year a charity fly-in over the Bank Holiday weekends. I drove down on the Thursday, again to beat the traffic but also because this was my first time flying my PeaBee flexwing from this airfield. I have flown paramotors from here many times but I wanted to venture further afield. It was great to finally meet up with so many of my friends and make some new ones as well. Steve Jennis has his Sub70 with the New ADAM wing, that was fast and Angela Cox brought her Sub70 Paratrike.
It was only by accident that I met Mike O’Hara from the Flying For Freedom team and I will be making a follow up video. The fact that they hep Wounded Injured and Sick Veterans to fly and deal with their problems is an amazing feat.
