Keeping your head still during contact leads to hitting a much more consistent forehand

Track the ball into the contact with your head/eyes

After hitting, keep your head still like you’re still looking at the contact

This is called “keep your head behind the ball” because your head is still looking at the contact as the ball begins going over the net
