PROJCT Golf Warm Up

Don’t have a lot of time and don’t want to look silly on the driving range?? Here is a simple routine you can do to get the blood flowing so you can sip and rip on the driving range!

PERFORM:

⛳️10 Shoulder Circles forward and back (both sides)
⛳️10 Leg Swings forward and side to side (both sides)
⛳️20 Hip Shifts
⛳️10 Banded Pullaparts over and underhand
⛳️5-10 Banded Loaded Rotations a side

You should feel loose, activated and ready to spank that ball over the fence. Just don’t shank that first shot if ppl are watching you because that would be embarrassing and no blaming me for that. 😝💪🏼💣 LETS GO!!
