Super Exciting News About the Future of GDG! | Improve Your Backhand Form | Throw With Your Back!?

A few weeks ago, I was playing with my buddy Matt, and he recommended I try throwing the disc with my back. Obviously, he didn’t mean for me to launch the disc off my back, but rather, that I initiate my throw by engaging my back muscles.

This simple little movement has proven to be easier to complete and substantially lessens the stress and power necessary to throw the disc. I was completely shocked at these results when I first tried it! I couldn’t believe how easy it was to do and how effective it was at making my throwing motion easier and smoother.
