Maria suggests that the average amateur, those with higher handicaps, use a tee as it can help make it easier to hit the ball in the sweet spot.
Finally, Maria suggests tee’ing the ball up just slightly above the grass, not so much that it can cause you to hit the ball high on the clubface.
