The follow through completes the stroke!
As I say in the clip there is a progression to each stroke and one doesn’t work without the other. In this short clip I want to emphasis THE FOLLOW THROUGH. It’s the 4th step in my progression so no follow through = a loss of 25% of your stoke (Higher math for me).

When you follow through make sure the butt of your racquet is hitting your opponent in the head on every shot.
* This will create a low to high motion
* Create Racquet Speed
* Create Top Spin
