Grover Walker – VSGA 2020 Service to Golf Award

Grover Walker is a well-respected Rules official at both the state and national level, Walker worked his final VSGA event—the 2020 VSGA Amateur—at his home club, River Bend. Walker is a past VSGA board member and VSGA Junior Committee chair, and he is also a past president of the Middle Atlantic Golf Association.
