Golf Blueprint practice plans

Hi,

does anybody practice with help of those? Does it work? Are you satisfied with it? I saw an article on GolfWRX ([https://www.golfwrx.com/643053/golf-blueprint-a-plan-for-productive-practice-sessions/](https://www.golfwrx.com/643053/golf-blueprint-a-plan-for-productive-practice-sessions/)) , but do not want to spend over 300 for something that would not work for me.
