Ethan, who started playing in 2018 and seriously competing in late 2020, has found a new compliment to his favorite distance driver. With usual 150-180′ throws of a 152g Prodigy Disc ACE Line D Model S in BaseGrip plastic, Ethan began asking me about the D Model S having too much low-speed fade on the end. In short, the disc was finishing too far left.
We picked up this 150g Prodigy Disc ACE Line D Model US in BaseGrip as a compliment and he LOVES it. With Ethan’s arm speed, he can get a slight turn and straight-skipping finish. This has added around 20-40′ to his distance drives putting him 180-200′ on average with his best ever 242′ drive recently. As his form and power continue to develop, we expect this flight to become more pronounced and Ethan using the US and S models for all distance shots.
