A common problem on my lesson tee is ball-then-ground contact. The good news is that we already have something in our bag that can be used as a training aid to help us understand where we need to make contact with the ground.
Take the box that your glove came in and put that one clubhead length behind your ball. This will ensure that you’re making ball-first contact, which will help your ball-striking consistency immensely.
