Transverse Slam Step Into/Crow Hop for ELITE Swing Speed!

Use a slam ball instead of a rubber medicine ball! Start in an athletic stance, and step into a rotational slam towards the ground in front of you. Drive the motion with your hips and legs, and let the arms lag behind and slam the ball in front of you. Follow through with balance!
This is an advanced slam ball drill to help you develop maximal club head speed by creating the right Kinematic Sequence, the right hip rotation and increasing glute strength.
