Stomp Scoop Toss – Build Proper Sequencing in Your Golf Swing for More Speed

Grab a medicine ball. Facing a wall, start in a golf posture but with your feet close together. As you rock your arms backwards, take a step forward into your normal driver stance. The lead leg should be bent slightly. When you land, fire your hips forward, with the arms following. In the follow-through, your lead knee should be straight, and the hips should point towards your target.
Once you get the movement down, toss the ball as fast as you possibly can!
