Switching to mud tyres with a more aggressive tread will give you more grip in sloppy conditions, as well lowering your tyre pressure. A mudguard is a must! Keeping mud and water spray from your front wheel out of your face, and your fork seals free of dirt. You could even fit one to the rear to prolong the life of your linkage bearings.

Are you prepared for winter riding?
