Wall Angels – Increase Shoulder Flexibility in the Golf Swing

Up against a wall, with your back flat, top of the head touching the wall, and upper back touching, try to get your arms entirely overhead. Then, bend your elbows and slide your arms down the wall as far as possible. Keep your forearms and wrists on the wall! Feel a stretch in your upper back and your pecs, NOT the top of the shoulders! Do this before a round of golf as a pre-round warm-up routine.
