This Full Body HIIT Workout with Weights & Mini Band can also be done without any equipment. With the help of various strengthening and cardio exercises we can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. In each block we do two different exercises of 45 seconds each. Afterwards, there is a super set of these two exercises before we finish the block with a cardio exercise. I promise you, you will really start sweating. With this workout, we’ll work out the legs, glutes, abs, but also the upper body and arms.
