Quadruped Shoulder CARs

As a disc golfer, you ask a lot out your shoulder every time you throw a disc.

So it’s important to ensure you have adequate range of motion and you’re not banging prematurely into adhesions/restrictions that over-stress your shoulder and increase your risk of injury.

The Quadruped Shoulder CAR’s is great for exploring/improving your full range of shoulder motion.

Now here’s a caveat…if you tend to be hyper mobile, this movement can be beneficial for exploring your range of motion, but I wouldn’t recommend trying to become more mobile than you already are. Stability will be your focus.

Finally, never work through painful ranges of motion. If you have a painful shoulder, visit your Physical Therapist or Sports Doc and have your shoulder evaluated to rule out anything that requires more extensive treatment.
