If you’re going to be visiting the Oklahoma City area, you’re within reach of a course that fits the bill as an American gem. The grounds are guarded by a gate sans signs of what you’re getting into. (I would suggest you keep the pro shop’s number handy so you can call to request the code) Don’t be dissuaded by the Country Club moniker when you look up the course, this facility is semi-private. Your green fee includes cart and range balls for a bonus for all you thrifty players. Natural turf on the range and a complete putting/short game area to warm up and hone your skills. The staff was super friendly and the cart service was on point as we crossed paths multiple times on both the front and back nines. All in all, this place takes golf seriously. The course is secluded which means you don’t have to worry about hitting your ball in someone’s backyard (and we like that). Special thanks to the staff for being such accommodating hosts. Needless to say, if we are ever back in Oklahoma City, we will be playing here.
