Upper Body Plyometrics: The Secret To Rotational Speed

🤔Did you know there is such a thing as upper body plyometrics?

💪🏼Just as we would do lower body plyometrics, the goal is to exert as much force as quickly as possible in a short explosive movement sequence.

🙌🏼Although, instead of completing a 180 degree jump that targets our lower body, we can complete various med-ball slams and variations to target our upper body.

🗣These movement patterns are especially helpful for golfers looking to increase upper body rotational speed to ultimately crush balls off the tee and outlast your competition.
