Understanding the Hapkido Wrist Lock 2016

This is probably one of the more important Hapkido videos that I have produced. Over the weekend 23rd – 24th January 2016 I was privileged to be invited to present a session on Hapkido and Self Defence by the New Zealand Freestyle Martial Arts Summer Camp at Brookfield Scout Camp. I demonstrated a range of basic Hapkido self defence techniques. This and other video material from this workshop were presented in slow time so I could better demonstrate and explain the Hapkido principles being used.
