VinYin Yoga – Shoulders & Core | Jennifer Elliott

This flow class targets shoulder blade stability and uses deep twists and core work leading to Handstand. Unwind with deep stretch yin poses. A strap and a couple of blocks and a wall will work well for this practice, otherwise just bring your mat!
