Exercises & Ideal Equipment needs:
I. Phase 1:
5 Squat Thrusts
10 KB Goblet Squats
15 Squat Thrusts

II. Phase 2: Ice Skaters

III. Phase 3:
5 Equalizer Rows/Rows
10 Push-Ups
15 DB/KB/Heavy Object Straight Leg Deadlifts
IV. Phase 4: Ice Skaters

All workouts can be done with minimal equipment but good to have a range of weights. Even water jogs of various sizes would be great.
You get to pick your music. Get some good tunes going and have a great workout!
