Here’s my own personal shoulder routine as prescribed by @movementben

My latest mission is to cure myself of my hinged shoulders and this should be a good one for lots of people to try, as most of us Westerners suffer this type of slouch which can lead to rotator cuff issues, tennis elbow, golfers elbow and carpal tunnel.

I’ll be progressively making my routine harder – but this is my starting point!
