TREE TROUBLE AT SCARLETT WOODS GOLF COURSE – GOLF FAILS

Cobe Life on the course

Golf Fails

In this episode of Cobe Life on the course I examine the brutal tree trouble that’s present at Scarlett Woods golf course in Toronto Ontario. I think it might be time for the Golf Canada Difficulty and Slope rating assessors to reevaluate the course. Needless to say there are some epic golf fails in this video. Depending upon flag positions, trees can make them almost totally hidden. A number of the Tee boxes have me contemplating learning how to hit a stinger because of the overhanging branches.

I absolutely love the Scarlett Woods golf course because it constantly dares you to go for it. Go for it and fail though, and you will most likely be in some serious tree trouble. For a Beginner like me it teaches you that the safest route can lead to the lowest scores. That’s a lesson very few public courses can provide. The lowest my Handicap has ever been is 17.9. Currently I am a 23 Handicap, and in an attempt to lower it I have been trying to overpower the Scarlett Woods Golf course. I have realized that for a golfer of my skill level it just isn’t possible.
