Single Arm Row – Landmine; A Stronger Back Means More Control In Your Swing!

The back is the link between the initial power production in the swing from the hips all the way up to the shoulders. A strong back is needed in order to help transmit the power production efficiently through the entire body. Anything less and you’re taking distance off your ball! With this row, the barbell is placed in the landmine position. Grab the barbell while standing in a split stance position. The leg opposite to the arm that is performing the movement is the leg in front. Pull the barbell up to engage the back musculature. Try and ‘feel’ the contraction as you do this!
