Squat – Goblet Style; Improve the Force You Generate in Your Golf Swing

The goblet squat is one of the most functional movements that can help increase on the ground reaction forces you can produce in your golf swing. With a dumbbell, position it in front of your chest. Slowly control your descent until your thighs are parallel with the ground. Power back up to the starting position and repeat. This exercise can help increase your lower body strength and help you create more force behind your tee shots.
