Glute workout with Matt

This is a 15 minutes glute workout with our Senior Fitness Instructor – Matt.

Workout below:

1. Pulse lunges (left) – 30 secs
2. Pulse lunges (right) – 30 secs
3. Sumo squats- 30 secs
4. Donkey kicks (left) – 30 secs
5. Donkey kicks (right) – 30 secs
6. Glute bridge – 30 secs
7. Glute bridge single leg (left leg) – 30 secs
8. Glute bridge single leg (right leg) – 30 secs
9. Glute bridge hold for 30 seconds
10. Superset – squat hold with squat pulses (20 secs effort on both exercises) x 2 sets
