Men’s Intermediate Division
Sprint to plates and carry in a pinch grip to the farmer carry bars. Carry the bars to the stone, then carry the stone to the shooting box. At the box, engage the C-zone target and popper. For each miss, perform one 10-yard shuttle run. After shooting is complete, reverse order of the weights all the way back to the finish line.
