THE MASTERS: Greatest Shots and Moments | 'Dear Masters'

The Masters was started by Bobby Jones and Clifford Roberts, and was first played at Augusta National (designed by Jones and Alister MacKenzie) in 1934. In 1949, the tournament began giving out a Green Jacket to the champion. Over the years, The Masters has become a tradition unlike any other, taking place every April. This year however, it has been postponed to November. In lieu of an April 2020 Masters, I put together this video of some of the greatest shots and moments from The Masters over the years. Some shots that I would like to include are not in the video because for some, no footage exists (Gene Sarazen’s “Shot Heard Round the World” albatross at hole 15 during the final round in 1935), and for others, footage either does not exist or I could not find it anywhere (Bruce Devlin’s albatross on the 8th in 1967, Byron Nelson driving the 3rd green in the final round in 1937, etc).

Let me know what you think in the comments!
I hope you enjoy ‘Dear Masters’
