In light of the escalated response to the global Coronavirus pandemic, Virtual Women’s Golf Day strives to Engage, Empower and Support Women’s Golf globally using a virtual platform. As a part of our virtual celebration, WGD has launched a fundraising campaign to support the charitable organization Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in both its fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic, and with its long-term humanitarian missions. Women’s Golf Day’s one-day, four-hour event, typically held the first Tuesday in June each year, has been moved to September 1, 2020, pending regional regulations, to allow for the pandemic closures.
