  2. They shouldn’t let any flashlight getting in what a poor host
Axelson it’s on the judges decision it’s no k drama

  3. Thwiiii to the security and bwf rules regarding obstruting player. And thwii to the judges not taking any actions on the flashlight kid.

  4. Is flash really help when taking photos that far? It's too obvious the supporter used it to distract……

  5. I might believe that the flashlight is just an accidental thing, but it happened twice so i dont know dude….

  6. 5:24 in these cases umpires (if they didn't see the interference) should be able to ask both players if they agree to play a let. if they agree, play a let and carry on. if they don't agree, umpire decision stands.

  7. That wasn't a flash…. but the idiot in the crowd should of known better… if you're going to record video, take a moment to look at your settings and turn your video light off…
Nevertheless, Im sure it distracted them by randomly seeing a light pop up in the crowd, but it definitely was not a flash which it's absolutely more bothersome and an interference…
The individual that forgot to turn their camera light off was just used as an excuse for messing up during their game…
as well as a great example of an athlete not being top tier nor learning one of the most important things to overcome and instill internally…
when you eventually reach this tier of athleticism at the highest of stages, you eventually have to force yourself to embody the ability to completely disconnect from the surroundings you're competing in. Completely shutt off the crowds, fans, all distractions especially when the distractions are purposely aimed at you…

So your only focus and the absolute only reality you're experiencing is what's directly in front of you, your opponent, the competition and the grounds where your competing space resides in….

Unless there's an actual physical interference, you can't make an argument towards someone in the crowd distracting you…
Your whole job and purpose is to entirely zoned in on your profession that day.

  10. there was an interference from the audience. the umpire should have done something for their fair play. when the umpire allowed it, game competition becomes meaningless. Even the crowned winner cannot claim the true spirit and glory of the win.

  11. Why are they not playing the match in VR? It saves travelling to the destination. Plus it gives more opportunities to design the advertising alot more.

  12. We need less arrogant umpires who know badminton better. Where are the knowledgeable Asian umpires

  13. So Badminton is basically in the 1500s in terms of rules, technology. and spotting unruly fans. I can see why the sport is not that big of a deal overall.
    Ancient.

  14. Like in many sports. The play had improve as skills and technique has improved but the refereeing has not catch up. So many sport lost that sense of excitement as wrong decisions made the whole thing unwatchable.

  15. I did not understand nishimotos fault. What was he given a fault for? Was it because he held his hand in a way to distract his opponent?
