A man who assaulted an 11-year-old girl as she walked her dog is being hunted by police.
She was on a footpath between Cardiff Golf Club and Pentwyn Road in the Pontprennau area when she was confronted by the man on Friday evening.
He engaged the girl in conversation, assaulted her and pushed her to the ground before running off, said South Wales Police.
Officers appealing for witnesses and the man is described as aged between 30 and 45, with short brown hair.
