ping i210s are the best irons they've ever made. Still can't get them out the bag nearly 6 years later. Interesting points about swing weight and how light all his clubs are. I think most amateurs should look towards LPGA/LET for specs more so that PGA.

I found that I can hit "Ladies" clubs better.( I'm a bit of a shortass.) The lighter swing weight and softer shaft is easier to hit but I was ultimately loosing distance (2+ clubs) I started playing again recently after several decades and bought some old Callaway x12s with Graphite shafts dirt cheap off eBay. Absolutely love them. I'll game them for a couple of years and if my game deserves it I might go for something better.

Tell Jimmy I used to detest putting and chipping practice but I had a podcast on with my headphones in and I practiced chipping and putting for two hours no problem. The podcast just kept me entertained while I did some great work on my short game. Tell him to try it.

Manufacturers make their drivers too long chasing distance. 45.75" is just too long for consistent strike location and strike is king.

Nice choices of clubs Jimbo . I have to say the 7 wood is the most underrated fairway wood you can play with, I hunted high and low for the Cobra F9 7 wood, and absolute bomb of a fairway wood. 235-240 off the tee so easy to strike, 215-225 off the deck………. Best club ever purchased mint never been hit £130 , happy days changed my game 😁
