Awesome! Great video and thanks for positing, was curious how you had adhered the ones where you didn’t have access to the backside of the wall. How’s the Velcro holding up?
Looks awesome
Great design! Your build may be what I need to get my wife to agree to let me convert our bonus room above our garage. One question… what is the height of the bumper strip along the bottom of your screen? Thanks!
Thanks for this video. I need to make these tiles for my garage simulator setup. I was wondering how they were held in place to the wall but this video explains it, thanks again.
Great video! Doing this exact same thing soon. How much bounce back do you get when a shot hits that wall next to screen? All the way back to hitting spot?
If I have a 9ft ceiling any issue just doing the screen to the top maybe a couple inches shy and padding the ceiling still?
So I’m gonna try and do these panels on the side walls. I’m gonna have a 16×10 screen but my ceiling will be 14 foot tall. What would you do for the wall above the screen since you said you wouldn’t surround the screen with the panels if you did it again.
How did you figure your out how much material you needed. When I did my figures. The fabric was gonna cost me a lot more the. The foam. But in your case it was less in your figures. So wanted to make sure my math was correct.
any reason you chose 2×2 squares? seems like you could have saved some time by doing bigger squares or rectangles
Amazing work! I’m definitely going to try this out in my sim. Quick question, how did you do the Velcro? Was it strips on all four sides! Two sides? Also, where did you use the construction adhesive? Thanks!
Are they Velcroed to the ceiling too?
Do you happen do know roughly how much fabric you needed?
So velcro held the boards pads on walls?
Great job! Looks really good! What black tarp did you use behind the screen? Do you have a link?
This helped me out, I was really stuck in my garage design. I went to the marine vinyl link you have and budget wise, not really feeling the price on 34 yards in black.
Any particular reason for that shop vs something way cheaper on Amazon?
Budget was blown when my existing pc retrofit plan failed 😂
How many yards of vinyl did that take?
Thank you for this video! Can I confirm the side wall panels, all you did was use double sided 2 inch velcro?
Brother you inspired Spike. My covid family finally left have my garage back. Moving my sim from in the tight shop, and well lets say you will be referenced it it for sure. I got Tesla Black material.
Great content mate! Looking into doing this myself, roughly what was the cost per tile?
How did you hang the panels on the ceiling?
Great video , how did fix panels to ceilings? With Velcro or screws, let me know if you have a minute cheers mal ( Australia)
Did you secure those panels in ceiling using Velcro too?
Did you use any brackets for ceiling? Mind sharing what kind brackets?
