As a high single figure/low tens, I thought I'd be in the T200s for sure when I got fitted, but I hit the T100s so much better and preferred the feel to the T200s. Still keeps it online when I barely make contact with the grooves

Titanium has a lower density than steel so it makes the club behave similarly to a cavity back club.
Here is the massive problem; all you Youtubers believe that everyone interested in golf are rich middle class or higher people. There are people, I am one of them, who would like to play golf but live in a low income working class household. Your suggestions are not for people like me. Are you Youtuber golfers really saying that golf is not for people like me?

T100 are definitely just a single-digit handicap player, not necessarily scratch. They are quite a bit more forgiving than their Titleist CB and MB counterparts which are closer to a true single-digit club IMO

My guy I’m 30, I’m newish to golf. I’ve got a set of cobra transition irons. I look like I’m playing with a retired man’s set but they’re so forgiving
In terms of club release Titleist does it right and every brand should follow suit. Taylormade releases stuff way too often. They released a "new" p770 when they released a "new" one last year which was identical to the 2020 version.
Q. If I'm buying a set of irons are there places where you could actually try 3 or 4 different types on a range before deciding which suits the best? I've got a £200 budget so I guess 2nd hand would be a good option

My 2021 T-200 irons that are murdered out haven’t chipped ever. So titleist seem to have figured out the black steel issue.

Can you imagine if a club manufacturer did a Damascus type head? Multi-colored but the color is in the metal, not coated on after.

I switched from Cobra F max irons to Sub 70 659 forged cavity backs. The difference is so dramatic when I hit it good. I'm new to golf so I don't want any training wheels

The phantom black p770s I've been gaming for about a year now haven't had almost any wear at all on the black finish. Not sure if the other brands are also doing the same PVD process to get the black finishes or maybe I've just been lucky.
