  1. I'm sure I stop breathing on the tee! Too many other swing thoughts happening! :). Will re-adopt the breathe in and then breathe out, and swing more relaxed. Thanks for the reminder!

  2. There is a sweet spot. If you empty your lungs out totally that is almost like introducing tension the other way. I think your best results would be to breathe out as you are swinging….
