  1. Honestly, never knew much from Souness days as footballer, only that he was a very good, but hard player. But as a manager, I absolutely despise him. I'm a Benfica supporter…. This fucker is the reason why DECO never played for Benfica. He was a Benfica player, but he dissmissed him, he kicked Deco out of the club. Well, we all know how wonderful that worked. I can't stand him, altough he was spot on about Vale Azevedo, that guy was/is a crook. But even now, whenever I see his comments as a pundit, I can't stand him. That situation with Deco just runs WAYYYY deep.

  2. 9:33 As we can see from this image, Souness is a character in a film in which director Quentin Tarantino actually made a cameo appearance.

  3. Elegance defending of Alan Hansen, the hard hitting tackle of Graeme Souness, the sheer magic of Kenny Dalglish. That was Liverpool's three Scottish Musketeers and everytime we win the league, we have a Scotsman in our team. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💪

  4. One of my favourite facts is that every one of Paisley's Scottish triumvirate (Dalglish, Souness, and Hanson) led Blackburn Rovers to a major trophy, apart from Hanson (Souness led them to the League Cup, which was the principal reason Newcastle became keen).

  5. Geez, I've heard the name before, many times, but didn't know all the story and background behind him. Golden heart with rusty ways, great at judging people, bad at judging players I'd say. Great video tho, hope you bring more of these English legends.

Also, I do agree that Pogba was a generational talent, so much raw talent, so little will to use it all, saddly…

  6. There was no vendetta against Pogba. That’s just what triggered fan boys say…Fergie, Keane & UTD fans all say the sane about Pogba…wasted talent.

  7. Are we not going to talk about his ban from Liverpool FC and dislike from Liverpool fans for his awful Hisbrough comments, or his alleged role in a child abuse ring cover up at Rangers in the 90s?

  8. They don’t make players or managers like the Scot’s do… Or used to. What happened? We used to have the best and hardest football people, some incredible talents have came from the country. Graeme grew up in Edinburgh, there’s no surprise he was the way he was… Shame about his team, though. Mon the hoops.

He was right about Pogba, too… Also, ‘Champagne Charlie’ was a nickname for Charlie Nicholas, another Scottish footballer, not Souness.

  9. Souness has always been a hard man but swimming the English channel when you're 70. That's just different metal.

  10. I wouldnt say he has a personal hatred for pogba he is right about pogba being garbage and never worth 100 mil i feel the same way about grealish but i think grealish is even worse lol definitley the worst english player if your basing it on what your getting back for that 100 mil

Some people say the same for anthony mudryk and enzo

Its just souness has the "testicular fortitude" to put his thoughts out there unlike others

  11. Great content from you as usual Tinashe, Souness was too serious for the midfield role. I rate him in same bracket with Roy Keano, Gattuso, Ballack.

Football has changed so much over the years it's scary to imagine how it will be like in the next 50yrs

  12. Southampton was having a bit of an injury crisis when they signed Dia, he didn’t train terribly but only ever did well in non-game style training. He did also almost score and only got released when they figured the fraud out

  13. The reason Souness got away with the filth he did is because he played for LFC and he wasn`t the only one as Julian Dicks or Neil Ruddock (can`t remember which) said in their autobiography " i can`t believe what i got away with in a red shirt"
