try picking it up with your arms more and less with your hands. it’s difficult to explain but if you pause when the club is about waist height you can see how hinged your wrists are already. you want it to be a more even flat pick up of the club. For me it feels like I’m using my upper arms and shoulders much more than my hands and wrists.
I’d also look into working on your grip, your lead hand seems cocked and bent a bit and your trail hand should be more over the top of the shaft and not so far back and underneath. lots of youtube videos out there about building a good grip, it’s really important!
