So my T150 are only 6th …no wonder I am playing so poorly😂 As I need a few extra yards maybe time to change ..

The old version of the p770?
Which 1 had the longest distance. I'm 71 and need a set of clubs with distance. I'm in Florida in the winter and I'm at sea level. I lose about a club to a club and a half in distance. Help! Thanks, Dan.
It's weird I think that the P770 although I thought they were a Muscle Cavity so obviously not a true Muscle Blade but very nearly appeared in this category at all. I have tested them myself and tbh I am not good enough to use them. All quite interesting with the others though

Difficult to argue with the top 3, all are good looking and really perform. I will be keeping my i210s for a while yet though
Seen the t150's the other day ; looked boss on the shelf but they look massive at address , big topline etc . Probably great for confidence, but to big for me

Such an important point you make Dan right at the end of the video. Perhaps why we see so many professional golfers using these clubs is because they have plenty of speed and spin. They can dial it in with the various golf balls too. Funny that you chose the pecking order of these power bats too. I would also put the highest ranking models as those which performed as close to a blade as possible. It will be interesting to see how you like your old Callaway irons when you get them.
The P770 has been updated, that version is a couple of years old now

Srixon has always been an underrated club manufacturer, but they make excellent irons and you cannot go wrong with them. enjoyed your review, Dan. Cheers.

If 33 degrees qualified for a distance iron the ping i230 blows them all away. But it’s not I guess. 28 degrees is a 5.5 iron. Silly. Lol

I’m in the lost yards due to age/injury and I’m currently testing the T150s and looking at a zx5/7 combo setup to get lofts to match up with my preferred wedge and fairway woods setup. It’s a tricky category because I find most “power bats” to have too much offset and feel clunky, but I need the little extra they offer. I get why you run back to your blades Dan. I keep trying to make my old AP2s with a 35 degree 7-iron work for me, but it’s just too depressing hitting a 7-iron less than 150 yards.

Play the Srixons myself and everything you say is true and they feel awesome – what I would say is the standard shaft options at retail are limited – so I got fitted and everything is upcharge ! I got 4-w in project x Ls and they were not £150 a club
