Today Ian is in the bay at our Vancouver location to help Chris, a veteran golfer get a little extra help in his bag in the form of a new 3 Wood.

Would it be possible to find out what the playing length, amount of tipping and swing weight came out to?
very similar delivery for myself and got fitted into the GT2 DI 7s, golf ball may need a look at seeing this video as I'm playing the Bridgestone Tour BXS
Had to mute it as soon as the ping was hit. LOL
What a great swing and fitting!. As someone who plays off 4 I am super jealous of how well he hits those fairway woods. Another awesome video many thanks.
Chris shows that he’s a +handicapper. If I were to be fitted, I think Ian would have a challenge.
How does changing the ball effect his irons? Would you not want to fit the woods to the ball being used for the irons?
Great stuff here. He's gaming Modus 120 shafts in xtra stiff flex in his irons? Seems like a lot for his speed, transition, and age. Also, fascinating to see someone hit baby draws with an out to in swing. I'm seeing his face is closed to target, so I'm wondering what his face angle is to his path to get those draws. Seems like he'd be hitting a pull fade.
Love the follower fittings and seeing a range of skills.
"plus handicap" doesn't mean what I think it means, lol. I'm a par plus 32 player. Let's do a follower fitting! I hit my D/3/5 all about the same distance. We could work on fixing that.
Just wondering if the rest of the fit was with the left dash ball after he tried it ?? if so should he of not hit his 7iron at least with the Left dash to see if there was a issue, spin etc. I would not want to change the ball I play to help my 3 wood which you might only use once or twice a round if it effects my irons in a negative way , I would just want to find the best head and shaft combo that works the best with the ball I was fit for with my irons.
One of the most consistent swings I’ve seen. Club champions? You better believe it. Great video Ian.
Don't think he missed the green with the GT2 from 230. Clear winner
I knew Chris before he was famous
I would pick Titleist GT all day and everyday. That was the better performing driver for you.
What a great video. Solid golfer. Straight to the DI6 LOL. Nice.
Really fascinating to see the progression. With someone as good at ball striking as Chris it was easy to see what little changes can do. Wish my good strikes were as consistent as Chris’s misses.
Great video ! Would have loved the follow up on 7wd hybrid etc and how it progressed. Especially for a great ball striker I would have loved to see hybrid/ uw/ 7wd options
What irons is he playing?
Ian do me as the next follower fitting. The viewers love the good player content and I’m still in the irons you fit me for about 5 years ago- looking to see if there’s something that beats it. Could make for some great content.
I would’ve been more interested in the 2 iron replacement tbh. 3 woods are so meh 😅
Hey my man Chris!!! Awesome to see man .
Great video, learn so much from these, thank you – but not sure why that dude needs a cap indoors 😂
Interesting fit with a very good player. There’s a skill in a good fitting to try and bring it to a conclusion in the allotted time and before fatigue sets in. There could have been 5 different heads and 50 shaft options to try but fitter needs to get to the point relativity quickly. (Unless your a sponsored tour pro then you can have a fitting that lasts a week ! 😂)
This dude is a flusher ❤
Interested to hear whether you have any guide or rule of thumb of grip size – glove size. I wear a XL glove and play midsize grips and they even still feel small, is it likely I would benefit from jumbo max grips?
