I bought a 2nd hand GC3 and it came along with this charging cable. Unit itself works perfectly fine and this charges it fine. Do I keep using it or will it eff up my machine?

I would not fuck around with a non foresight charger on a $5K unit. Foresight isn’t exactly a pillar of customer service and if something goes wrong, you could be without your unit for months.
The fact that this person sold you an expensive launch monitor with a fucking charger for a drill is outrageous.
I’d get a new one. That charger has a 12v output. The GC3 I have has a 15v output charger. Under voltage can hurt the device.
