I'm a 2 handicapper, normally average 4-6 birds a round but with a load of shit. I don't make many pars. Lots of birds and looooots of bogies…. but in the medal yesterday I birdied 9 out of the last 11 holes…. probably won't ever do this again.

Wow well done!! I bet your playing partners had a good time. A friend plays off 1 and I love being out with him when everything just fires and he’s hitting mid irons off fairways into 10-15 feet and rolling them in, one after the next.

Great round and finish! For some reason this brought back memories from 30 or so years ago of my worst back 9 ever on a large group trip to Myrtle beach. Felt pretty good making the turn at 34. Ended up fighting to make bogey on the 18th to shoot 99. Will partially blame the over an hour wait we had at the turn as the course had put a huge group or outing on the back 9 in front of us, and the unwise decision to eat six hot dogs and a couple burgers from their grill while we were waiting.

I thought I was the only one that averaged a few birdies a round and still managed a 2 or 3 handicap. I always manage to blow up two or 3 holes a round… frustrating. Awesome round dude! A lot of people dream of shooting that well
