Any best practices for doing this consciously with the lower half without the head/spine going lateral with it? Does that right ear towards the ground in the thru swing help this?

Quite a while ago, i was having a shocking day, for an unknown reason decided to try driving my trail knee towards the target and I absolutely killed the ball for the rest of the day, shocked myself (and my friends). Of course it didnt last beyond the week and i since forgot about it, but now this fits right in with the overall direction I am working on, so that drill is so helpful, thank you.

The instruction is very good. The titles, not so much. The reason why amateurs can’t do what PGA tour players can do…..is because tour players were born to do what they do.
